EBİ I private student dormitory with 316 beds, owned by EBİ, EBİ II private student dormitory with 219 beds, owned by the METU Development Charitable Foundation, and METU NCC EBİ Student Dormitory with 140 beds are operated by the firm. Furthermore, the operation and management of the 3 000 m2 EBİ I shopping centre, of which property copartner is EBİ, the operation and management of the 800 m2 EBİ II shopping centre, owned by EBİ, and also the operation and management of the Galyum RD Building are carried out by EBİ.
